The Phoenicia Hotel has always been one of the go-to destinations for Beirutis looking to celebrate a high-end iftar or suhoor during Ramadan. This year the hotel is offering a whole new dining experience for those looking to break their fast in one of the most atmospheric restaurants Beirut has to offer. This Ramadan, the hotel has turned its Eau de Vie restaurant into a function room for larger groups, Phoenicia's marketing and sales director Tracey Bolton told The Daily Star. Ramadan is traditionally a time when the Phoenicia welcomes its Lebanese guests, Bolton said.Having celebrated Ramadan alongside its local guests, the hotel is hoping for one of the best summers for decades with many more international visitors than in previous years.
